From the bench

Composed from reference research into 2000s default-desktop memory without using any historical wallpaper as an image input. Generated and photographically retouched at 1672 × 941 with OpenAI built-in image generation, then locally mastered headlessly on the creative Mac mini through a fidelity-first 2× Core ML Real-ESRGAN reconstruction and high-quality resize to exact 4K. The safer 2×-only path intentionally avoids invented microdetail. The delivered PNG is a neural master, not a native 4K generation.
